The Firemen’s Benevolent Association is hosting a benefit run to support the mission of providing physical, emotional and financial assistance to our firefighters. This event is a virtual run that will be held during the entire month of October.


A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose.  You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). There are no parking problems. No crowds. No long Port-a-Potty lines. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.  Your medal, event shirt and “virtual goody bag” will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5K, 10K, half marathon and more!

When & where is the Run to the Rescue Virtual Run event?
The Run to the Rescue virtual run event will be held during the entire month of October! You get to choose your own personal starting line, location, course and time for your very own personalized experience!

 What is the price of the race and is it timed?
Registration for your virtual run experience is $30 (Which includes event shirt, finisher’s medal & race bib!!)

How your run/walk event is timed is entirely at your discretion!

What is included in the participant registration price?
Registrants will choose their own start line:  a treadmill, neighborhood street, or another race and run/walk their selected distance. Your personalized race bib can be downloaded and printed at your convenience! Emailing finish times is NOT required.

Each registrant will receive a finisher medal, race shirt, personalized bib and “virtual goody bag”.  The registration price includes shipping to a mailing address within the continental US.  Shirts and medals will be mailed at the end of October 2019.
